No In-Call Audio: You cannot hear the other party during regular phone calls (when the phone is held to your ear).
Quiet, Muffled, or Distorted Earpiece Audio: Call audio is weak, unclear, or sounds fuzzy/crackled.
Failed Stereo Sound: During media playback (music/videos), no sound comes from the top of the device, resulting in a lack of stereo separation and all audio coming only from the bottom speaker.

Earpiece Call Test: Make a phone call and listen through the earpiece. Verify audio is clear, loud, and free of distortion.
Stereo Playback Test: Play a music or video file. Cover the bottom speaker to confirm audio is also output clearly from the earpiece speaker, creating a balanced stereo experience.
System Audio Test: Reboot the device and verify earpiece audio and stereo playback operate normally.
