Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery (DDP to UK)
Q: Do you ship internationally? What about fees?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. For UK customers, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price—it includes all UK VAT and import duties. No hidden fees. For international orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in their country.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days and arrive within 12-20 business days via tracked services. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also log into your account to view the status.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. What does this mean?
